Alimony in Florida
I have seen a lot of questions lately on Avvo.com dealing with Alimony here in Florida. When I answer a question on Avvo dealing with alimony I usually refer that person to the Florida Statute on Alimony, which is Florida Statute §61.08. I thought it would be helpful to just put a link in this post for those wanting to look at this Statute.
