Terri Hooper is the Paralegal and Office Manager of our firm. She is the first contact for any of our clients from scheduling the initial consultation to ensuring that everything is complete once our clients case is over. Terri has been in the legal field for over 25 years. She is invaluable part of the firm and she makes sure that everything is running smoothly. The most important part of Terris’ experience is that she is knowledgable about the court system and the ebbs and flows of navigating through it whether it’s a family or criminal law matter. You only gain that type of knowledge with having years of experience. Part of being successful in any case we handle is knowing how to at times expeditiously navigate through the court procedures and rules and knowing who to contact to get things done. Terri is the glue that holds the firm together and she is able to handle multiple rolls at the firm because she is a hard worker and she deeply cares about the job she does for our clients. Being a single parent herself, she knows what it is like and she at times is a counselor to our clients when they feel overwhelmed with the matters in their case.

Another great fact about Terri is that she is a native to Jacksonville. She graduated from Terry Parker High School and received both her Associates and Bachelor of Arts Degrees from the University of North Florida (majoring in Criminal Justice with a minor in Business Administration). Terri obtained her status of Florida Registered Paralegal through The Florida Bar Association in 2001.

Terri currently lives in Atlantic Beach with her teenage son. She enjoys going to the beach, fishing, boating, gardening and most outdoor activities.
